Return Guarantee

We carefully select all products and hope that they will give you their unique touch. However, should you change your mind about your order, you can return the item within 30 days, just follow these steps:

The procedure for replacement/refunds for incorrect products is as follows:

The customer sends the photo proof of the incorrect product received to contact@kaoori.com

  1. We organize the return of the wrong product. The product must be packed exactly as we sent it, in the same condition and packaging as we sent it.
  2. Once we receive the product back and it meets all requirements, we will issue a full refund (including return shipping costs)

The procedure for replacement/refund of damaged product is as follows:

  1. Customer is required to send us:
  • photo of damaged product
  • photo of packaging
  • official damage claim copy by customer applied to courrier
  1. We organize the return of the wrong product. The product must be packed exactly as we sent it, in the same condition and packaging as we sent it.
  2. Once we receive the product back and it meets all requirements, we will issue a full refund (including return shipping costs)

NOTE: The product is considered damaged if:

  • There are broken pieces
  • There are deep stretch marks
  • Parts are missing

The procedure for refunds for products that the customer did not like is as follows:

  1. At the customer’s request, we provide the return address to one of our warehouses (the costs for the return are borne by the customer)
  2. The customer sends the product back to the address provided.
  3. Once we have received the product and it meets all requirements, we will issue a full refund.
